This will be fun event hosted by Norway House in their new event space. I am partnering with Women Who Really Cook and a special guest, McCollough, from Chicago Meat Collective!
Each student will have their own cutting board, knife and locally-raised whole chicken (2-3 LB). The class will be part demo and full hands-on participation. You will get to cut your chicken into 8 pieces but will learn multiple methods of cutting the chicken into usable parts. We will go over how to use all the parts, how to make bone broth, chicken liver pate and more. I will provide a tasty overnight marinade for you all to go home with and enjoy the next day.
