Sausage making Class

I am excited to team up with Lou for this class! We will demo how to breakdown a pork shoulder and learn how to grind, mix and stuff sausage. Students will go home with two tasty recipes and fresh sausage. Location will be City Food Studio. Cost is $100/person. Limited to 8 students.
