In this class, we will have a private tour guided by local meat expert, Erik Sather. Erik is the current owner and operator of the Lowry Hill Provisions USDA processing plant built within the Food Building in NE MPLS (home of James Beard nominated restaurant, Diane’s Place). This is a rare opportunity to see “how the sausage is made”.
Afterwards, we will gather and taste some of LHP salami, sausage and ham.
This will include a demo of how to start your own charcuterie at home and answer any questions you might have!
